• You may not upload or generate content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, platform policies, or payment processor restrictions.
• You may not attempt to bypass security controls, abuse free credits, scrape the service, or interfere with service operation.

You remain responsible for prompts, reference materials, uploaded files, and other content you provide. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for certain uses. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use.

Haivis may offer subscriptions and credit packs. Credits are used for AI generation and related operations. Subscription benefits, credit amounts, renewal rules, and pricing are displayed at checkout or on the pricing page. Payment confirmation is required before paid benefits are applied.

Haivis, including its software, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by Haivis or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as permitted by applicable law and these Terms.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, comply with law, improve the product, or address operational issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
